Cardinal Home Inspections is owned and
operated by Bob Piwko, owner of Bob Piwko Building & Remodeling. He has over
thirty years of experience in residential and commercial construction,
including building new homes, remodeling, and repairs. He is a licensed Site
Utility Contractor with a wealth of experience in masonry, rough and finish
carpentry, electrical installations, plumbing, HVAC systems, and all phases
of interior and exterior applications. Bob is also very experienced and
highly skilled in project management, project estimates, and insurance claim
appraisals.
Bob has conducted hundreds of home inspections, completed the Home Inspection
Training Certification course offered through
ASHI®
(American Society of Home Inspectors, also an active member of the
Western New York chapter), passed the National Home
Inspector Proficiency Test and the American Society of Home Inspectors Standard
of Practice and Code of Ethics Exams, and has attained his Master Home Inspector
Certification.
